Good until a delivery payment mode mix-up

Transported 2 cars. Everything was excellent until the delivery payment mix-up. Roy was very patient and helpful explaining, returning calls and working with me. Had heard the horror stories people had experienced and was fearful - especially since it was crucial that the cars be picked up on the 2 days provided the company. The DRIVER Earl was EXCELLENT - the cars were picked up a day early and were in Florida before my return - fortunately the driver lived near my delivery location and held them for me. The only area where there was confusion pertained to the delivery payment - had wanted credit card and under impression this was addressed with the driver and arrangements made. Wrong - day of delivery as a confirmation asked Earl that all was paid when cars delivered. He said no they are COD, no one had mentioned the company paying him. Notified Roy and he said he'd address and contact driver. Upon his return call was given the bad news that they would be unable to pay the driver directly because the accounting person was out that day. Roy apologized that the accounting department didn't notice the credit card for payment and failed to set it up. Credit card payment did play a factor when deciding on which transport company. Fortunately did have the money however caused a BIG inconvenience. A special thank you to Earl the driver for working with me on the payment.
When using this company and desiring to pay by credit card be careful.
