Loretta explained the process clearly and was readily accessible for questions. Given the remote original pick-up location from a major city (2.5 hours away), an alternative arrangement was offered by Loretta. However, I was able to have the truck moved through family to the major city and thus picked up quickly.
I would certainly use Door to Door Transport again.
