I chose this company due to reviews on here, promptness of initial contact, military discount, and overall price. Lola was great in setting up everything. I initially had some concerns because once I ordered, I did not receive much contact. So panicked a bit after seeing all the various types of scams and knowing I was still paying for rental cars.

On the date we initially scheduled, the shipping company was ready to go but due to the check for the purchase of the vehicle still pending at the seller's bank, I had to reschedule pick up from the original date. Again, not much contact after, but on the new requested date, the driver was there, the car picked up, and delivered in the time the company said. This company worked with me and the seller (even with only brief communications) and did what they promised and met the goals of the contract.

Looking at it overall, yes I would have preferred more hand holding so to say through this because I am not used to companies doing what they say they are going to, and the actual car purchase was already a bit stressful as an Ebay transaction, but they did exactly what they said they would and worked with the changes to the dates without issue or adding any type of change charges. So I will use this company again, because I can not worry about all the details and let them do their job, knowing it will be done.
