All I can say is thank God for Door to Door Transport. I had originally contracted with another Transport Company to pick up my car between 4/28 and 5/4. I had put my order in on 4/13. I was told that I would receive an email once the car had been assigned and then the day before I would receive a call from the driver to give me the exact time that the car would be picked up. I never received an email and several calls to the company was given me the same answer word for word - don't worry your car will get picked up. After now reading bad reviews with this other company and seeing someone recommend Door to Door I decided to give them a call and spoke with Roy. I was in a state of panic as I needed to get my car on a truck before 5/5 as I was flying home. He explained to me how the trucks travel and how some just don't want to stop in Oklahoma City once they are on their route. I asked if I drove the car to Texas if it would make a difference and he said absolutely. I cancelled my other order and contracted with Door to Door especially because they have their own trucks and drivers. I drove to Dallas and the next day my car was picked up by Val one of their drivers. 5 days later my car arrived exactly when scheduled. I would HIGHLY recommend you use Door to Door Transport the next time you want your car transported. You will get an honest answer from them and not be left guessing when your car will be picked up. Their pricing was exactly the same. I even offered to pay more as I did not want to worry about it and Roy said that was not necessary and I paid the exact price originally quoted from the other company. Their driver Val was extremely pleasant, friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. THANK YOU ROY FOR SUCH SUPERB SERVICE. C
