I had issues with the way things were handled by one of the sales person. I expressed dissatisfactions and was immediately contacted by the company's top manager the next morning. She was very professional and provided top customer service. I was very happy with the way she handled things and ensured employees were held to standards. I would definitely ship my car with Door to Door again in the future knowing the company really cares about their customers and makes sure the customers are satisfied with the service. Thank you. I really appreciate the phone call!
