Being honest with you all, I will never trust these folks who call themselves Transport Companies, aka, "The Brokers." They tell you anything to get you trust them to take your money. In my situation, they said this was the first time they had done business with this trucking company and will never use them again. They gave me the phone number for the trucking company's dispatcher and I had to be constantly in touch with the dispatcher begging to have my truck picked up and delivered. The Broker promised that my truck will be picked up on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. After talking with the dispatcher and listening to all sort of excuses like their truck had mechanical problems, my truck was picked up on Sunday night (two days later) and delivered on Tuesday night. They sell you the door to door service but you have to drive miles from your home to take the delivery of your vehicle. Because they were late 5 days, I had to get a rental car since I could not have my truck on the date they had promised. That was another $160 out of my pocket.

When my truck was delivered, they had damaged the right fender, the roof and the right side was covered by some kind of oil like engine oil, there was a dent on the hood and chip on the windshield. The Broker asked me to work with the trucking company and file for insurance. I saw the paper work and could not trust that the damages they are talking about were added to the paper work during transportation phase. I called the dealer where I had bought the truck and they said the truck was in clean condition with no damage when it was picked up. As far as I am concerned, the Brokers add no values whatsoever. you are on your own and at the mercy of the trucking company's dispatcher and driver. There will be no next time for me. I would rather fly and drive the car home and save myself lots of misery and headaches.

As you can see clearly from the Abe Akani review. A carbon copy inspection report was filled out and signed by the pickup party. Abe bought the truck online never seeing the vehicle in person. From his review he states he could not trust that the noted damage on pickup was legitimate . That's why the pickup party gets a carbon copy which stated the same scratch and dent on pickup.. This truck was delivered in the exact same way it was picked up in. This is a case of of Abe buying a truck online that he never saw from a small local dealership and once there insurance denied the claim, do to the driver having all the proper paperwork. He resorted to writing a review to seek compensation. We ship over 1000 cars a month with no incidents. We wish Abe the best and hope this review shows all our reviews are are uncompensated and done in kindness and from our track record this it not how we treat our valued customers as they are how we feed our family.
