I booked Door to Door because their quote of $785 was at least $200 less than their competitors'. I soon discovered the price was too good to be true, as they had a hard time booking a driver on the route for that rate. A driver finally picked up our car a week after our expected delivery date, and then I was told by Door to Door that he would expect $1000 cash on delivery. Door to Door said they would compensate me the $215 extra I paid over and above my contract with them. I have not received this money, despite having called them at least 10 times over the last 2 months.

Using Door to Door cost me $1310 on a contract for $785. I spent an extra $310 on one week's rental car and an extra $215 I had to pay the driver. I don't expect to ever be reimbursed by this company.

The only good thing I can say is that the car arrived in an enclosed truck without any visible damage.

As you can see the car was shipped in an enclosed carrier which was requested by her husband in this case. Only after the car was delivered by the enclosed carrier did they hold us liable for the price of an open carrier by threating us with this review. As you can see we have never had a review for changing a price on a customer. Its unfortunate they would try to slander a 5 star family owned company simply because they dont want to pay for what they agreed too. I hope this shows all of our reviews are uncompensated and done out of kindness..
