I had never shipped a car so I didn't quite know what to expect. I was initially concerned because it was a smaller family owned business. After speaking with them and reviewing their website which contained useful information, I no longer had doubts. The pricing was in line with other vendors. They answered all of my questions prombtly and without hesitation. I had a short window between placing the the order and having the car picked up and delivered. They were able to accommodate the timeframe. The driver was polite and kept everyone well informed of his progress toward the destination and his arrival time. I would definitely use them again and have told others I know of the pleasant experience. In a time where customer service is lacking or nonexistent, it was nice to find a company they still delivers excellent customer service.
