I did my research when looking for a company to ship my car from Boston to San Francisco. I narrowed my choices down to about 3 companies based on reviews on TransportReviews.com. I ended up choosing Door to Door because I was promised a 48 hour pickup window and delivery after a certain date (I was spending a week on vacation before moving out to San Francisco). Everything went perfectly. Roy was great, the driver was great and there were no surprises at all.

Door to Door really stood out for me based on the 48 hour pick up window. There was no additional charge and I was able to make concrete plans based on the tight window. I found that other companies wanted to charge more for tighter windows but Door to Door is not like other companies. I spoke with Roy after my car was delivered and suggested that he advertise this aspect more because it really made a difference for me. Unfortunately, this is something that is really only available for high traffic routes (e.g. Boston to San Francisco) but it is an example of the level of honesty, integrity and excellent service you can expect to receive when working with Door to Door.

Overall, I would highly recommend Door to Door and will call them again if I ever need to ship my car.
