I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Door to Door Transport. Having never had the need to use a transport company before, I was very leery of the service I would receive. I went to the reviews and read HORROR STORIES! Needless to say, I was very worried that something would happen to me. First of all, Roy was very friendly and carefully explained all of the details. He and JR were great when I kept on calling back with questions because I was just sure I would somehow get scammed. Part of my worry was because I received a better price from Door to Door than any of the other companies I contacted. One company even sent an email warning me that if the price was lower I would be losing my money. The opposite turned out to be true! The car was in Miami from South Carolina in 2 days! The tow truck operator was punctual and curteous. I had all of the contact numbers at my disposal. I just can't say enough about Door to Door Transport. They are great. Don't pay more than you have to and don't worry about getting taken. Door to Door Transport is a company you can trust.
