Jean, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We did respond to you calls and emails. Here at Done Right we don't screen calls and we pride ourselves on picking up any ringing phone except on Sundays. If for what ever reason you car does not move with-in the 10 day window, a refund will be issued. And yes we do exist.
