My experience with Done Right was very positive. The entire process from getting a quote to delivering the car to my destination was smooth. The pickup and delivery were actually both earlier than I had anticipated. This would be understandably troublesome to some individuals, but it worked out great for me. Done Right inadvertently saved me $250 by not having to rent a car while I waited for the delivery.
The one complaint I have is that I made 3 requests for a receipt of the reservation fee, and still have not received it in my email. Danny himself took the initiative to follow-up on it, though. And the overall package of working with Done Right remains very good so I would recommend them.
