Bill R submitted the best price of a number of different service firms and reps, and was conscientious about following up to make sure the vehicle was picked up and dropped off as scheduled. He was Johnny-on-the-spot with regards to getting me information and quotes, and arranging for short-notice transport. My car was safely at its destination before some other firms even got around to submitting price quotes.
