What a helpful, lovely person Malia is!

In an age where friendliness and service is in sad decline, Malia was simply wonderful.

She was not only friendly - and in genuine fashion rather than the phony robotic manner that characterizes much of today's telephone "service." She was also expert and sophisticated about the auto shipping business.

Malia fully explained the shipping process, worked to get a shipper she had confidence in and arranged not only for a convenient delivery date but for a delivery time in sync with my schedule for attending religious services on the day of delivery.

As she promised, the person she selected to ship my car was friendly, on time and quite nice.

To say it again, Malia is a "throwback" to an age where service was really service; she is one heck of a goodwill ambassador for your company.

PS: Malia was recommended by the sales person of the dealership that sold me my car. He told me that he had sold cars for delivery to just about every state and that Malia was the person he always and unhesitatingly recommended whenever he was asked for advice about shipping a car. As noted, he was right about Malia!

Michael, when I found out who you were, I must admit, I was very intimidated and nervous.....LOL! What a great guy you are......kind, sweet, personalable with a wonderful sense of humor too. Enjoy that beautiful Red Corvette and next time you purchase a vehicle you know who to call.
