The representatives at the booking company were very friendly, but I felt they could have been more proactive in dealing with the driver. The driver picked up the truck late, and then sat around for FIVE DAYS before he actually left on the delivery. Then, the actual drop-off was a huge hassle. In the end, I got my truck safe and sound, so I can't complain too much, but I do wish there would have been more communication between the booking company, the driver, and me.
