Dushyant......I am so sorry the carrier was delayed coming from Connecticut to Kentucky....once he booked his load, he had no choice but to wait for these customers to be available for pickup and delivery along the same route. Unfortunately, the industry drivers (who we all share) are frequently delayed, honestly they do a darn good job meeting their estimated times. Thank you for the nice review. MALIA 360-834-6013
