Cassandra, or Cassie as I came to know her, provided excellent customer service. I needed a car to be moved from Birmingham, AL to Maryland and I needed specific days for pickup and drop off. Cassandra was able to find me a driver that picked the car up before I moved, and dropped it off after I arrived at the destination.

The truck driver was a day late and he did not call to inform me so I contacted Cassandra and she took care of everything. She provided me with the contact information, and actually kept in close contact with the truckers and saved me a lot of hassle and worry. Later the truck driver said that he was going to use a different trucking company to move the car to his lot so again it was another worry so I called Cassandra again and asked what I should do. She once again contacted all the truckers involved and she called back immediately and provided me with all the details and told me it was okay.

Basically, every step of the way, Cassandra was available and always very friendly and helpful and I can't imagine what it would have been like to deal with the trucking company without her constant help.

Unfortunately, the car has a scratch on the front when it arrived at the final destination. I told the truck driver that I had very recent photos taken before the move showing that there was no damage but he said that photos don't show scratches. That is obviously not true since the scratch is large enough that any camera could have captured it. So, I'm obviously a bit annoyed by that part but I'll try to fix the scratch in the paint somehow. The driver himself was great. He maneuvered the truck through an apartment complex parking lot in an extremely professional manner. He said that the scratch was there when he got the car and figured that the truck driver that moved it from birmingham, to their lot in Atlanta might have caused the scratch.

So yes, this review is for Cassandra and she did an excellent job and made a very big project of moving quite a lot easier. It was definitely worth having someone keep watch over your car every step of the way. She even called after the car was delivered to make sure I got the car. Thanks Cassie!
