Transport 2005 BMW X5 from SAN to CMH

Customer Service? an A plus! From the first call to Domestic Auto Transport, at almost 7pm on a Friday nite, they (Holly) were always tuned in to my transaction-remembered the car and my name!. When - during the last few days my "remote California" (I live in Ohio) car buying experience, my assigned CSR, Holly, was unavailable to take my 'urgent call', the next 'backup' person took my call and handled me like it was his transaction...totally seamless communications and very reliable. thanks!! (oh and Holly is a riot).
TIP: make sure you have enough paperwork to claim your car, in case the trucker takes a wrong turn in rush hour traffic and you have to meet him out on the highway rest stop 25 miles up the road!....AND a State Trooper comes along and alerts to the nice new car sitting by the restrooms with no tags...and challenges you to PROVE its your car! I did, and he (the trooper) took my papers and my DL back the the cruiser..and appeared a few minutes later giving me the 'all clear'. (whew!).
So...thanks again, to the team at Domestic..for an enjoyable "no surprises" transaction.
PS: bonus (and why I wasn't angry at the trucker)...my car arrived two days early!! rmr
