Thanks for helping me move the car. It must take a lot of knowledgde, professional skills, and integrity to help us ship car safe and sound to new homes. Only that i am not sure if it's because the rep is going to quit and i was her last case in this company....i wish she could have explained things more clearly up front so that i wouldn't be so "surprised" when waiting 11 days for having a carrier.
