We had 2 vehicles delivered from Ohio to Arizona back in February 2010. One of the reasons we went with Domestic Auto Transport was the fact that they also offered a $50 rebate, or so we thought. It has been more than 90 days since they received their money to move vehicles. Now I get un-answered emails & un-returned phone calls when I inquire about the rebate. Which means they either have a very bad accounting system or the rebate program really doesn't exist and they use it to lure people to their company. I will be needing the services of a transport company again in the next few months to move 2 more vehicles to Arizona and I will definitely NOT be using Domestic Auto Transport again. In fact, I am now going to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau.

Hello Cindy......I am so so sorry you have not received your rebate check yet...I just checked the notes in your order and it was not until April 9 that we received the signature page (part of the rebate process that generates your check) and I have no idea why it did not come in to our system when you placed your review in February. I immediately turned this over to our general manager and your check will be in the mail within the next few days.
