Chris.............you have got to be kidding..............was Elizabeth driving the truck? Her dishonesty????? Elizabeth never lied to you Chris......she kept you informed each step of the way. You requested your car not to be delivered before April 24 and the driver was delayed during the 2500 mile run from California to Maryland. Our carriers are professionals..........they may have possibly as many as10 vehicles on their truck to deliver and pick up....they give us an estimated time frame and have no control over delays, often times they are forced to wait several hours to accommodate a customer.....in several instances even staying over night.....trust me Chris, these guys work hard and do the best they can to stay on schedule...time wasted is money lost.
