Domestic Auto is a company I would never use again. They do not take responsibility for the delay and for the damage. I had asked domestic auto to transport my car and they had contracted to another company. I was told that the car will be delivered to me on Saturday 03/27
and since it was a Saturday they told me to contact the driver or the carrier. Since I had moved to Arizona from NJ, I had rented a car and knowing that my car was arriving on Saturday I had returned the rental car on Friday evening.

I called the driver 3 times on Saturday who never returned my call. The driver calls me on Friday and asks me how do I get from Louisiana to Az. I told him that you should know about this and not me. I didnt hear from the driver on Saturday till late thathe will come on Sunday 03/28. Again on Sunday I called him more than 3 times and called the carrier but didn't hear from anyone till late on Sunday saying that they will come on Sunday at 9:00am. On Monday I called the driver who did not return my call. I called domestic auto who said they would check and ask their supervisor to get back to me. I didn't hear back from them at all. I called Holly who is the person who handled my order said I will check but didn't hear from her. Finally a lady who claims to be the manager spoke to me when I called for Holly (who never came on the phone), I told her that I had spoken to Holly for compensation for the delay and inconvienience casued, the so called manager told me that since my contract is with the carrier that I should deal with them and they are not involved at all.

When my car was picked up by my representative, he didn't notice a big hole in the back on the fender and also a big dent on the passenger side of the door. When my represetaive called the carrier immediately after the pick up, they said that since it was signed for now it is my responsibility.

I feel that all the reviews that are posted on this website are just to receive the rebate money and to make sure that customer give brokers good reviews. Domestic auto asked me to put a five star review for their company but I will do so as their service does not deserve a single star. They have to reimburse me $50 for a rebate as per their quote.

I will never use domestic auto again as they are extremely rude, very unprofessional and have very poor customer service.

Ratan, with all do respect.......Domestic Auto Transport is rated one of the TOP companies in the industry and our customer's are the most important part of our business. Occasionally we run into issue's that are beyond our control, I guarantee that not just Holly provided you with top notch service but Elizabeth and I did as well with your non stop ranting and raving phone calls ...you were an angry and unreasonable customer that we could not please NO MATTER WHAT. We did not pay you lip service by telling you what you wanted to hear...we told you the truth. How dare you call us LIARS when YOU are a LIAR AND A THIEF......you LIED to the driver telling him you had paid us for his services when in fact you knew the terms were COD! You left the poor driver standing there, speeding off in your car WITHOUT PAYING for the transport............THEFT OF SERVICES!!!! I hope the authorities were able to locate you! Our TERMS AND CONDITIONS are clearly stated on our website AND emailed out with every quote and order confirmation, if you claim to be an Attorney it is beyond me why you never bothered to read them. ***** Malia McClain, Sales Manager*****
