Took a long time to get my vehicle picked up due to mother nature and it was received a day and a half late. My car was picked up and on the way for 4 days before I found out that it had been picked up. I had to request an invoice for my credit card charge after noticing that it had been charged day 4 days later and thats when I found out the car had been picked up..but they were very nice and patient when I called.

Hi Tanille! I do apologize that the carrier was delayed at pick up. I thought we were all on the same page, as I was in contact with Phil, the pick up customer, and he assured me he had spoken with you.
