I felt that Domestic Auto was very professional and straight forward in their quotes and overall communications. Hold times were minimal and I always got a return call quickly when I left a message. I shopped around and felt their prices were highly competetive but more importantly I felt they understood my needs ( I was transporting a motorcycle cross country). I had excellent updates from both company representative and the actual driver while in progress. The bike was dirty due to severe rains during transport but not a single scratch or dent. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future. The process was simple and efficient. I couldn'y have been more saitisfied. I'd use them again but might consider using an enclosed trailer to protect from the weather.
