Holly is a great lady. I really meant it. She is very professional and caring. I really like her. Indeed, my car was damaged during transport. Let me tell you what happened. My car is a 2009 Toyota Corolla, shipping from San Diego, CA to Madison, WI. After reading a lot of online reviews and comparing the price, I decided to choose Holly and Domestic Auto transport as broker to ship my car. The estimated shipping date is Feb.12, 2010. But I know this date is not guaranteed. So, I did not get angry when Holly told me that no truck company agreed to pick up my car at the price she promised me. Just 4 days later, she got a truck company who was willing to deliver my car albeit at a price $100 higher than that she promised me. She personally paid this extra cost. She keeps her promise by damaging her own profit but satisfying customer! This is really impressive! The car came to Madison one day earlier than expected but in a snowing night. I found that the back bumper has two big scratches. But the driver said they were already there when he picked it up at San Diego. I checked the receipt. It did showed scratches. It should be noted that I have not used the car for several months. My friend in San Diego helped me take care of it and gave to the driver. I called my friend in order to confirm the damage, but he did not pick up the phone. It was a cold snowing late night. The driver urged me to sign the receipt. He said he was hurry in leaving for Milwaukee. I argued with him and tried to hold him until my friend called me back. But he did not, so I have to sign the receipt and let him go. Just right before he left, my friend called me and said there was no such scratches on the back bumper. It turned out that the driver fabricated the receipt. Since I signed the receipt, I became really worry that I might no longer claim any damage. Next day I called Holly and she comforted me by saying that she would help me contact the truck company. I was really touching by her attitude. Eventually (three weeks later), the truck company, His Will For Us Trucking Inc, admitted that they caused the damage and paid me the repair cost ($550). What I am trying to say here is that if everything is all right, that I say Holly is great might not really mean something. However, when no truck company agrees to deliver the car at a low price and when damage happened by the careless driver, that I say Holly is great does mean something. What do you think?
