Customer service for this company is excellent. Being in the military, I requested a specific timeline which I had to re-explain after receiving the first set of pick-up and drop-off dates which did not work, but Holly corrected the issue. From the initial discussions with the company, it wasn't clear that you were required to pay in cash or cashier's check to the driver upon delivery of the vehicle.
