I had my car shipped from the lovely right coast to the left coast. The car pick up was a little stressful, but they assured me that it would be picked up before I left, and it was. The office staff at Domestic Auto, was nice. Although I didn't like that they could not give me a date in advanced of when it could be picked up, but that seems to just be how the whole system works. That is not their fault. Over all they were very nice and patient will all of my questions.

Charissa, I am happy everything went smoothly inspite of the horrible snow storm and I found it quite impressive that the carrier reimbursed you for the cab ride. Thanks again! *****MALIA*****
