Chris, I am the manager for Domestic Auto Transport and I know for a fact that Elizabeth contacted you several times regarding this transport. We do the best we can when pricing routes as they are forever changing to what the current market demands. We did not cancel your order and in fact did everything in our power to please you, unfortunately in this case it just wasn't good enough. I am very sorry you were unhappy with our commitment in servicing you the best way fit. MALIA
