I e-mailed three companies for bids to ship a car I bought in Oregon. I received prompt replies from all three. Only one company called by phone, however. My wife picked up the message and told me, "Holly from Domestic Auto called. She sounds really nice. Call her back." So I did.

Over the course of several conversations, Holly proved extremely personable and helpful. She clearly understands that it is the personal touch that will close the deal and create customer loyalty.

I could have chosen any of the three transport brokers and I'm sure the car would have arrived in good condition. Domestic Auto Transport evidently trains its representatives to provide top customer service. Dealing with Holly made the transaction a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended!
