Until this order, I had not used an auto transporter.
As a result I did not understand the process. Tara was excellent in explaining it.
Our car was in an area of California that did not have any available carriers.
It therefore took a week or so after the available date before the car was signed up with a truck.
Again, Tara was great to work with and kept us informed asto the delay cause etc..
