Good customer service. Need better communications with the drivers

First, DAT got my car from A to B with no problems. However, I was surprised when the driver called to arrange pickup a week early. My contact at Domestic was as surprised as I was. In the end, I had to deal extensively with the driver to arrange a suitable pickup. All told, the experience was not convenient. I believe Domestic was caught off guard, but in the future, it would be good if they kept in closer contact with the drivers to avoid such surprises.
