Casi was very helpful & did her best to provide good service. However, communication with the driver seems to have been a problem. He asked for his money when he picked up the vehicle (or at least that is what my wife thought - his English was a bit dodgy. She was confused by what she thought he was asking & ended up paying him). The manifest clearly said C.O.D. so I don't know why he wanted the payment up front. Luckily, the drive was honest & the vehicle did arrive in good shape. The folks in the office may want to make clear to drivers that the agreement is C.O.D.,

Thanks for much Bill for the kind review, sorry about the mix up with the payment, sometimes with the lanuage barrier it can get confusing, again I am happy that you decided to go with our company and I am sorry about the payment issues!
