Customer service representative Tara was very helpful, and she always stayed on top of things especially when the carrier was late in delivering my vehicle. The only problems I had were with credit cards not going through, and I don't remember being told that the rest of the money needed to be in cash upon delivery. Other than that, I was very satisfied, and I was happy to see my car arrive safely in California!
