Amy was reliable. She took the time to explain the shipping process to us so we understood what to expect. Even though Amy went on vacation after our car was picked up, she made sure we were taken care of and that we had someone to talk to if we had questions. After returning, she followed up with us to make sure things went well. We appreciate that she was willing to match the price of a competitor - that willingness, along with her attentiveness is why we chose Domestic Auto. We should add that once we decided to go with Domestic Auto, our car was shipped very quickly. There was no damage, the car arrived in the same condition as when it was shipped, and the truck driver was professional. This was our first time shipping our car. We would go with Domestic Auto again and would make sure to work with Amy.
