I live in hawaii. I just bought a Ural Deco motorcycle with a sidecar and was trying to ship it from long beach CA to Honolulu. After calling many companies directly and doing countless online quote requests I had given up the idea I'd be able to ship from long beach @ the rate I could afford. Simply getting people on the phone was a problem given the time difference. my frustrations in dealing with customer service and sales reps slowly started to grow. In the end, there was only Pasha, out of san diego, and I had to get the bike there in time for the freighters departure. I figured i would see my bike for at least a month at the rate i was going...

When Malia's quote @ Domestic Auto Transport came in i asked if it could be reduced by bringing rig to the docks. she responded immediately with a quote that seemed amazing - given the others $999! I called her.

Talking with her was - hands down - the most pleasant interaction i had in the context of speaking with all the other grumpy carriers / brokers. Moreover, Malia's quote was a misunderstanding (she did not realize it was a motorcycle). I told her the best rate I got was from Pasha and if she could get my bike to san diego for under $1200 I'd be tickled pink...

well Malia got the me the rate i could afford. And got the bike there in one business day no less. unbelievable!
