The Porsche was picked up exactly on the date promised at the dealership. I had very specific requests regarding the loading and transport of the new car on the enclosed carrier which were complied with completely. The driver Alex was already aware of my special request when he arrived and was well prepared to achieve them. I dealt exclusively with Jocelyn at Domestic Auto Transport from the quote all the way to the delivery at the final destination. She knew the status of the car transport every step of the way. While they do require a small deposit they don't take any payment until the vehicle is actually loaded on a truck. The Porsche was delivered on exactly the date promised and between Jocelyn and Alex I received a phone call regarding the status of the shipping nearly every other day including a follow-up call from Jocelyn 2 hours after the car was delivered. I would never hesitate to use Domestic Auto Transport for any type of vehicle transportation in the future. I also found their pricing to be extremely competitive with all of the other 4 & 5 star rated transport companies.
