I had concerns about being able to find an affordable price to ship my car across the country and still get quality service. The initial quote was a little steep for my current budget, but after receiving a lower quote from another five-star company and contacting Michelle again, she met their lower price and went a little lower still. Several questions and a change from my end popped up along the way. Michelle was very amiable, helpful, and patient. This meant a lot to me, since I was largely clueless about the process. The driver was very helpful too. The car did arrive a day after the estimated delivery date, but I want to stress that it was unavoidable and that there was an understandable reason (the car had to make it 2,000+ miles and the driver was only permitted to drive 7 days in a row, I couldn't receive my car until the 8th day, but that's an understandable result from sending something across country.) The car arrived a little dirty, but after coming through a blizzard in Wyoming, I think that's to be expected. :) Very impressed with the service and definitely recommend the company.
