pickup was two days late after they promised they could accomodate my pickup date. worse, the truck broke down and it was days later that I was told about it. When my car arrived 10 days late, they refused to budge on refunding any money despite my tremendous inconvenience. When I pleaded with them to show some accomodation, I was told my the supervisor that "they never made me any promises" and to "read the fine print". It was like an instructional video on how to screw customers.
