I had never transported a car before, so I was very anxious about the process and had numerous questions. Amy was patient and took time to answer my questions and alleviate my fears. Unfortunately, there were some problems regarding the pick-up and delivery, not with DAT, but with the actual carriers. I mention these issues, not to diminish DAT's ratings, but to praise and thank them for their efficacy and resoluteness in resolving the problems. Amy and Mike (from dispatch) fervently worked on my behalf with authority and a sense of responsibility, rectifying the problems that had arisen. DAT is a great company, and I would definitely use them again.
