Tyler was always pleasant and responsive by phone. Some email notices actually came after the events had already happened (not a problem for me in this case, but I suppose it might be for others). Driver was a little bit crabby due to dispute with his bosses, or so he said. Driver did bother to take down and hide my ezpass unit so it would not be ringing-up tolls as it passed-through toll places. Car arrived apparently all well. Would advise first-time customers to be prepared to wash your car immediately on arrival - many many bugs piled-up during trip.
