1. Honest, nice and patient representatives. Both responded in timely manner and covered one another during their off times.
2. Timely and good communication with friendly dispatcher.
3. Car came sooner than I expected. Car was picked up 2 days after pickup date and came 1-2 days earlier than expected. No damage to vehicle.
I'd recommend or use this company again.
