I am sorry you feel that we deserve a Zero star review. I understand your frustration regarding the credit to your account taking a little longer. However please keep in mind that we do legally have 90 days to issue you your refund. We spoke with you daily regarding this matter, and updated you with any changes that occurred during this process. I have apologized numerous times regarding the $60.00 overcharge. i will apologize again and state that i am sorry that we overcharged your account. I spoke with the accountant and verified that the refund was taken care of on the 16th. Thanks again.
