Oh my goodness! I knew they were delayed and demanded that they give you a discount, but you did not tell me about the dead battery. I cannot believe they did not give you the discount. I would recommend leaving them a review as well as their customer as well. I am so sorry that they did not follow through. I wish I could have done more to help you. I cannot apologize enough.
