I was leaving Louisiana to move back to Pennsylvania and needed to have my motorcycle picked up within 2-3 days. Nikki helped by calling transporters and keeping me updated multiple times a day, and we were able to get it picked up within 2 days. It was excellent customer service and it got my bike there safely with no damage and for exactly the price she quoted. Great honesty and I would definitely use this service again!
