This experience was excellent from beginning to end! Kimberly clearly explained the process, and then kept me updated throughout. She was helpful and friendly - terrific rapport! I had a particular price limit that I would go to, so was very flexible in the timing of my shipment; Kimberly worked with/for me to find a transport at a price I was comfortable with. She apprised me of her progress several times, so I knew that I hadn't been forgotten. My shipment was picked up and delivered as arranged with transporter - no problems at all. (Note that 10-day time from pick-up to delivery included Thanksgiving weekend - would have been shorter if not for holiday.) I would definitely recommend Domestic, and in particular Kimberly, to anyone looking to make a shipment.
