I'm sorry that you feel that our services were not 5 star. You do state in the first line that your representative was a pleasure to work with. The second line of you review states that your quote was off. You must remember that these are quotes not set prices. You have the right to refuse or accept a carrier at any time, even if they ask for additional funds. You approved to pay the extra for the carrier that was calling in. YOU had the right to refuse that carrier. We found a carrier with in the normal 1-10 business day time period, but again you had the right to refuse that carrier, and we would have been happy to continue looking for you.
As far as protecting Tayler, she did what she was suppose to do, quote you based on what the current route is shipping for, if a carrier calls in requesting more funds, that is out of her control, and you as the customer can either accept or decline that carrier. You chose to accept the carrier. Since you chose to accept that carrier, we cannot reimburse you. You made the decision to chose this carrier, we did not make that decision for you.
