Im sure many of you who read these reviews wondered about the validity like I did prior to using any transport company. I moved last year from Indiana to California and used a different company/person and had tremendously horrible results from start to finish.

This year, I had to move my parents in with me due to their age and medical condition and was left transporting 2 of their vehicles as well. They had a 07 Lincoln MKX (SUV) and a 2010 Ford F150. I know, I know, what are they doing with 2 trucks even though they cant drive?? My thoughts exactly but thats another story.

I initially contacted Tayler Sullivan with Domestic Auto Transport after attempting to get quoted from a few other carriers. As I mentioned above, I was very leary about all the previous issues I had with my car and knew I needed to avoid those same issues with this move.

Let me start with saying this....Tayler Sullivan immediately noticed and brought to my attention that another company fraudulently placed my up for contract even though it was very clear that I was only soliciting quotes. Because of this notification, I was able to recognize what was about to happen (nothing good)

Tayler Sullivan was very direct, to the point, polite, knowledgable, professional and very attentive to my needs on this move. I decided to go with her and her company and I have to say it was a great decision. Not only did she have a truck on time in the most rural area of Kentucky but also found a local company that is located only a few miles of my home in California.

The truck that arrived was by far more accomodating than I could imagine and both cars arrived early at my home in the same condition as they left. During this process, Tayler Sullivan was in constant contact helping me with the move.

All I can say is that her commission wasnt enough for what she did during this move and I would only hope this review will support her hard work. I have been in Investigations and Law Enforcement for a long time and I very rarely write reviews and am over critical of performance. With that said, Tayler Sullivan deserves more credit for this flawless move than these words would allow.
