Because of our circumstances our ship dates changed several times. Novia kept in contact with us several times throughout the process and went above and beyond with our circumstances to get our car on a transport. We had to leave the car at a truck stop to be picked up on the day we had to leave for our destination which made us nervous but it was picked up a few hours after our departure time and all worked out fine. The driver was very difficult to understand over the phone, but we were able to muddle through. Novia has absolutely the nerves of Job due to our erratic schedule of trying to get a surgery taken care of and cancellations happening for a two-three week period. Thank you Novia for your understanding and willingness to work with us and all that life threw at us as well as you. You Rock Girlfriend!!! We will definately use this transport company again as we travel for work and will need them frequently.
