Michelle was very kind, informative and helpful throughout the process. I was nervous about the actual carrier and she tried her best to communicate with them and alleviate all concerns. Some issues on Domestic Auto's side was that they promised and wrote into the contract that the car would not be delivered before the 10th, and when the carrier arrived, he said he would have our car to us on the 9th. He was being difficult about it, but did show me that the contract said the 9th. I made a call to Michelle and the situation did get resolved and the car did arrive on the 10th. Second minor thing was that car was supposed to get picked up on the 2nd, but we got a call saying it was a day late, I had left lee-way in case it happened, so it was okay for me. Third issue, was that I was told the carrier would call me the day before to set a time for the pick up day. This did not happen and I called Domestic Auto the night before, as someone should have called me. Their machine kept going off and it said they were with a customer and would call back if a message was left. I left messages and no one called back. The next day, Michelle called to touch base and had no idea I had called and left messages. It makes me wonder if they ever check voice mail there. I mentioned to Michelle that she needed to let her boss/manager know that if they are out of the office, their machine should reflect that and not let us think that they are in the office and will call us. I wasted two hours calling and thinking they would call back that day.

Michelle was understanding of all my concerns and kep in touch throughout the week to make sure things were going well. She knew we were driving over in our second car and even asked how our drive was going.

Overall, I would use this company again, as although they can't be held responsible for the carrier's attitude and helpfullness, they do step in and talk to them on the customer's behalf and make the process as smooth as possible.
