I am so pleased with the service we received in transporting our Lexus SUV from Oregon to Florida. We were on a tight time frame to get it there but thought we would take our chances and not pay for the expedited service. We were quoted that it could take 1-10 days to secure the carrier and then up to 10 days to get there. Novia said that she would do her best to secure a carrier ASAP for me. I received a call the very next day that they would be picking up the vehicle that night, which they did. They picked up on a Tuesday and had our car all the way to Florida by Sunday! We couldn't believe it! Less than 7 days from our initial conversation with Novia! Thank you very much for the excellent service. We would highly recommend you to others and will certainly use you in the future.
